Of the amount of an order reaches € 70, shipping costs will be borne by SKINCOVERSHOP.

Damaged package:

All claims for defective merchandise must be made with SKINCOVERSHOP either by email or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of your order.


Refer to section 6 "Right of withdrawal and return" of these General Conditions for terms of return.


CAUTION: We recommend our customers to make reservations if the parcel is defective at the time of delivery.



Parcel lost:

All orders are shipped via Parcel with tracking, which allows us to track the delivery of packages. However, we invite you to notify us of any delay in delivery than seven days to enable us to initiate a survey of La Poste. Investigation times may vary up to three weeks.


If during the period of investigation, the parcel is found, it is sent directly to your place of delivery specified in the order. The cost of return:

The cost of return via La Poste in case of withdrawal or exchange shall be borne by the purchaser.

Assuming the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the buyer has the option of requesting either a refund of monies paid, or the exchange of products.

SKINCOVERSHOP will reimburse the user who has exercised his right to withdraw the money as soon as possible and no later than 30 days following the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
